All pricing includes documentary service fee of $398 in Ohio, $250 in Indiana, $589 in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and $498 in Campbell/Kenton Counties, Kentucky. However, this fee does not include payment for the preparation of legal documents or documents incidental to the extension of credit.
